Ordering contact lenses from Feel Good Contacts is quick, simple and convenient. This easy-to-follow guide shows you how to order your contact lenses online through our website or app in just three simple steps.

Step 1. Keep your contact lens prescription handy

Before ordering, make sure you have your up-to-date contact lens prescription to hand. Along with your optical power, your prescription should include your lens brand, base curve and diameter, as recommended by your optician.

If you can’t find your prescription, simply contact your optician. They can provide your prescription details over the phone or send them by email or text. Once you have these details, you’re ready to order your contact lenses online.

Step 2. Search for your contact lenses and add them to the basket

Browse our website or app to find the contact lenses prescribed by your optician. Once you’ve found your contact lenses, enter the left-eye and right-eye powers, followed by other prescription details. Select the number of boxes you need and add them to the basket.

If you’re ordering coloured contact lenses for cosmetic purposes and do not need vision correction, simply tick the box that says "zero power/plano available" above the prescription details.

If you’re looking to buy alternative contact lenses to any optician’s own brand ones, simply visit our ‘Optician Own Brand Contact Lenses’ page. Look for the optician’s contact lenses; when found, click the adjacent contact lenses listed under the ‘Equivalent Lens’ tab and place your order.
