• Delivery times stated above apply to in stock item(s) only.
• All deliveries requiring a signature must be signed for upon receipt.
• If any ordered item(s) are out of stock, customers will be notified at the time of purchase and/or via email.
• Certain products may be shipped in multiple packages. In such cases where additional charges apply, customers will be informed prior to dispatch.
• A dispatch confirmation email will be sent upon shipment, including a tracking number and link for real-time order tracking.
• We are not liable for any delays caused by the delivery partner.
• Order cancellations are accepted if received before dispatch. Returns are permitted within 90 days of delivery; please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for further details.

Please note: You will be notified at the checkout page if we're unable to ship certain products to the address you have selected. Unfortunately, certain restrictions prevent us from shipping out specific products to some locations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and please don't hesitate to contact us for any more information.

• Our prescription glasses orders are shipped within 5-12 working days from the date you place your order.
• Please note that complex prescription orders may take longer, and we will aim to send it to you as soon as your order is ready.
